Aim |
The aim of the exam is to test the application of your learning of IBE concepts, either at a general level or in a particular setting, by demonstrating the use of higher-level skills of analysis. |

Self-regulation |
. Carefully read the questions and look for key words. . Think, plan, and outline your answers before writing them. The better organised your answer, the easier it is for you to demonstrate your understanding and for the marker to evaluate. . Be clear and succinct. Underline and bold, use headings and sub-headings where needed. . If a question explicitly asks for examples, failing to do so will be marked down. . Examples may always be used if they are appropriate and relevant for the question at hand. . ‘Critically analyse or discuss’ often requires contrasting conflicting views/perspectives. |
