Business overview The Coolamon is a platform to elevate and build first people small to medium
enterprises.
The objectives of the Coolamon are to:
a) Establish clear pathways with milestones for First People Enterprises to
be sustainable and self-determined.
b) The Coolamon is a platform that connects First People Enterprises, with
Non-Indigenous Enterprises to fulfil procurement and or RAP
requirements
c) The Coolamon provides necessary evaluation, training and mapping for
the First People Enterprise to reach the Non-Indigenous Enterprise
Supply chain requirements.
d) The Coolamon identifies a First Peoples Community Development
Framework built from Indigenous Leaders based on the UN Declaration
of Indigenous Peoples to maintain Cultural Integrity objectives as they
relate to business and Government objectives
The Coolamon was formed recently (December-2021) as an Enterprise of
Annecto an Aged and Disability Provider
Project Strategic plan to financially support the Coolamon platform through consulting
services to non-indigenous firms
Project description The project has been established to develop a strategic plan of consulting
products and services for Enterprises (non-indigenous firms) looking to develop
relationships with First People Communities.
Project deliverables The team should be able to demonstrate an understanding of:
• Indigenous consulting services, availability, and market size
• Non-Indigenous business needs for First People products and services
• Competitive analysis on consulting services for
- RAPs,
- Cultural Awareness training,
- Culturally appropriate business governance planning for
Boards, and
- Indigenous procurement practices
• Effective marketing, branding and digital communication strategies
The Team should provide the client with:
• Indigenous consulting market and competitive analysis
• Stakeholder matrix – key customers/industry sectors

• Services strategy – Service offering for each customer/industry based on
VP
• Marketing and social media plan – to drive brand awareness and uptake
of consulting services
