Setting up your on-screen workspace
We suggest that you open a browser with the following tabs:

You should also have a mail reader open to receive any updates on the exam
(which will also be posted on the Webcms3 Notices).
Note on Downloading and Reading Exam Paper
In order to download or read the exam paper ...
The exam paper is in PDF format. If you click on the above link, your
browser will either put it in your downloads folder
Start your web browser and access the paper (if your browser did not open
it for you) via the File > Open File menu item
Submitting your answers
You must submit the file containing your answers via give. You can give the file
via the command-line, where the file will need to be loaded onto a CSE server
(details below).
If you are working on your laptop/workstation at home ...
use scp (or any other file copying mechanism) to put the file onto your CSE
account
login to your CSE account (e.g. via putty) and run the give command as
described at the bottom of the question
example: give cs6714 mockexam mockexam.pdf
If you are working on the CSE servers ...
You can directly use give as described at the bottom of the question
